Since its creation in 2001, Constellations puts all its energy and uses its resources to create accommodation centers for mentally handicapped adults. Constellations has opened a new hosting home that welcomes, since late 2008, ten young adults with moderated to severe mental disability. In Brussels, more than 200 places are missing both in accommodation and in day reception centers, especially for the persons heavily disabled. Constellations has therefore launched a second ambitious project: create 40 places with the support of the COCOM. This project is very advanced. The licence of town planning is planned for June. The laying of first stone is planned for March, 2011.
