    1st January 2009 Alyotech France follows its development strategy and opens its new subsidiary Alyotech Consulting.

    With the aim of complementing services and offering clients a even wider range, Alyotech management is pleased to announce the foundation of its new subsidiary Alyotech Consulting.

  • High Turnover Growth

    High turnover growth at over 77% to €100 million.
    Over the year ending 30th June 2008, Alyotech Group saw turnover of €99.4 million, a 77% increase on the previous year.
    France, Canada and the Netherlands respectively counted for 44, 40 and 16% of group business.
    Operating margin close to sector highs
    The change in size seen at the group this year has come with top improvements in profits. Operating profit for the period stands at €6.5 million with net profits at €3.6 million.

  • Pursuing Growth and a New €4 million Capital Increase

    Alyotech Group, in line with sustained growth seen in the ten acquisitions in France and internationally over three years, is pleased to announce a new capital increase with participation from its existing shareholders, Aurel NextStage, Galiléo, ACE Management, IRIS Capital and CDC Entreprises in the framework of the France Investissement plan, as well as its directors.

  • Consolidation in the Netherlands with the Acquisition of LANscape

    Alyotech Group management is pleased to announce the acquisition, backdated to 1st January 2008, of LANscape in the Netherlands.

    With this acquisition, Alyotech Nederland has around 250 collaborators with around 20 million euro in turnover. Benefitting from great expertise in Information and Communication Technology, this acquisition allows Alyotech Nederland to reach vital critical mass in a consolidating market and where size and international presence are becoming essential criteria.

  • Opening of the New Subsidiary Alyotech Security

    Aiming to complement client services, Alyotech Group announces the creation of its subsidiary Alyotech Security.

    Based in Paris, this new subsidiary will, from February 2008, roll out a top-flight expertise centre in IT security, reinforcing its package of client services.
    Alyotech Security has come about from the collaboration between Alyotech Group management and Franck Giami – an expert in security having worked for many years in the sector with large clients such as Airbus, Eurocopter, LVMH, Orange, Crédit Agricole, Lucien Barrière Group…
