ALYOTECH Group announces the completion of the acquisition of the DILACO Group through its subsidiary ALYOTECH ICT BELGIUM.

DILACO, established in 1997 and directed by Brigitte and Philippe Van Lint, has known a strong growth since 2009. Recognized for its expertise in managed services solutions for IT infrastructures and applications, it counts about one hundred ICT consultants serving its blue chip client base.

To sustain its activities and its dynamics, the management has decided it was time to join forces with the Alyotech Group, in which it will continue to ensure the development of the DILACO Group.

With this acquisition, the Group ALYOTECH now has three business units in Belgium, all dedicated to ICT services and united under the banner of ALYOTECH ICT BELGIUM:
-    EXPART CONSULTANCY, business process outsourcing in the technology area,
-    AFFIN-IT, service provision for mainframe and data centers,
-    DILACO, consultancy and managed services for IT infrastructures and applications.

Through this acquisition and its internal growth, ALYOTECH ICT BELGIUM expects a turnover of 27 Mio euros for 2012 with 250 consultants active on the Belgian market.
